ORION 1000
Mulch Colorizer capable of coloring up to 325 yards per hour
Specifications:
In-Feed Hopper (27 cubic yard) – only raw material (wood fiber/mulch) is dumped into feed hopper. There is a paddled floor that drags material and transfers into transfer conveyor. Paddles open material in transfer to allow for better colorization. This hopper has a variable speed to regulate material flow to optimize colorant process.
Transfer Conveyor – receives material from infeed hopper and conveys it into mixing drum. Sole purpose as material mover with fixed speed.
Mixing Drum – material is fed into this rotating drum from transfer conveyor. Water and liquid dispersion are introduced to drum as it is rotating and mixing material.
Peristaltic Pump – metered variable speed pump that introduces liquid dispersion color into drum. This pump sole function is to introduce mulch colorant at a metered feed-rate.
Key Attributes:
HMI (Human Machine Interface)- controls for the Color Max provide several options for data collection and auto adjustments. These controls can be accessed remotely via smart devices (Smart Phone/Pad). Daily production totals, colorant consumption, and water usage are reported via email from machine.
Scale Integration – Weight scales can be connected and utilized to qualify colorant consumption and overall machine performance.
Orion LS
By reducing waste, the OrionLS provides the data to improve your plant’s productivity while increasing profits.
The Orion Laser System utilizes time of flight to accurately measure bulk volume of material as it is conveyored. This unit may be mounted on virtually any make or model of conveyor system to measure bulk volume.
Renegade
The Renegade is a color injection system that utilizes a variable frequency drive and peristaltic pump to properly dose colorant into a coloring system. This unit can transform your trommels, grinders, and other mixing systems into a high volume colored mulch producer.
